co2friendly: Hi my name is Chris Rishworth. I grew up in Melbourne Australia. I strarted cycle touring at the age of 9 years old with my brother (14 years old). We used to Cycle tour on our schoold holidays. At 13 years we cycle toured from Sydney Australia to Melbourne via Mt kosciusko in 11 days fully loaded with up to 200 kms in a day (tough for a 13 year old). Thoes early years taught me how hard & rewarding Cycle Touring can be.
